A technology of salt bath soft nitriding treatment using salt bath, processing at low temperature around 580˚C below iron transformation temperature, diffuse and penetrated N, C, O into metal surface. The biggest feature is it can be applied to any type of steel and the dimensional change is extremely small due to low temperature treatment, also it can be processed in a short time (0.5-3 hours). “Isonite Treatment” on steel material greatly improves the life span.
